With $800,000 in donations, we're are extremely pleased to see so many people offering their time and hard earned money to benefit musical education in schools. Little Kids Rock has already brought music to more than 85,000 students, and with this large sum of money from the gracious donators at the Right to Rock gala, so many more kids will continue to get the music education they deserve.

Feb, 2012 -
Students from six basic and primary schools will spent a day at Tuff Gong International getting a behind the scenes look at the record-making process and the early days of the man who would become international music icon, Bob Marley.
More than 100 children toured the compound to see how music is produced, mastered, and then manufactured into finished vinyl records and compact discs (CDs).

Urban Development is a not-for-profit music development organisation that reaches out to young people in the most challenging socio-economic circumstances using music as a tool of engagement, particularly to improve access in areas of deprivation and low participation.
Funding from 1Love.org support its projects committed to providing mentoring and skills development for the next generation of young urban vocal talent in the UK.

"Here are some recent pictures from Chepstowe Basic School in Jamaica. If you remember this is the school that U.R.G.E. adopted and you support whenever you buy the Family Time cd, thank you all for your help.
Here we sponsored a dental hygiene program to teach the kids how to take care of their teeth. The work continues.

On a beautiful sunlit day, Mrs. Rita Marley and members of the Rita Marley Foundation visited the students of the Konkonuru Junior High School.
The elated students dazzled in their uniforms. The girls wore sunshine yellow overalls with royal blue waist bands. The boys were decked in sunshine yellow shirts with khaki shorts.
